Product Introduction
Precision die-casting process (aluminum ADC12/A380, magnesium AZ91D) includes mould design→casting→CNC machining (as needed)→multi-stage surface treatment (chrome/electrophoresis/powder coating). Final tolerance ±0.02mm, flatness ≤0.1mm, Ra1.6 surface. Tested by CMM/salt spray, meeting ISO3522-84/ASTMB85-96 standards with superior thermal/electrical conductivity and anti-deformation performance.
